2. Nail Color Adjustments: If you find yourself dissatisfied with the chosen nail color after the service's completion and wish to make a change, an additional fee will apply. 

3. Appointment Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. A delay of more than 10 minutes will result in being treated as a walk-in customer.

4. Health and Safety: For the well-being of our clients and technicians, we reserve the right to refuse services in the presence of any infection. Should you choose to proceed, it will be at your own risk, and we cannot assume responsibility for any consequences that may arise.

5. Service Discretion: Our salon retains the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone if their behavior compromises the well-being of our team or other clients.

6. Phone Etiquette: To maintain a serene and relaxing atmosphere for all patrons, we ask that you kindly refrain from loud phone conversations while in the salon.

7. Pricing Transparency: Prices may vary among technicians based on factors such as nail length, intricate designs, and service duration. We encourage you to discuss pricing with your technician before commencing any service.

8. Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings during your visit to our salon.

9. Child Supervision: We request that parents or guardians always supervise their children while in our salon. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any accidents that may occur.

10. Polish Durability: The longevity of our polish application may differ from one client to another, depending on lifestyle, health, and adherence to maintenance instructions.

11. No Refunds: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for any services rendered. All sales are considered final.

12. Price Adjustments: Due to fluctuations in nationwide supply costs, prices for our services may be subject to periodic increases.
